Properties in Bannerghatta Road

Bannerghatta Road is a southern arterial running from Bangalore towards the national park that gives it its name. It passes IIM Bangalore, several large hospitals and the Meenakshi temple, and the forest at its far end keeps a genuine green edge close to the city.

Its property market grew on healthcare and education employment rather than on IT alone, which gives it a steadier demand base than the tech corridors. The road has long suffered congestion, and the Pink Line metro under construction is the main change expected to relieve it.

Our listings here are overwhelmingly apartments, with only a handful of villa and plotted projects. Two- and three-bedroom homes lead. Flats in Bannerghatta Road run from about ₹29 lakh to ₹6.43 crore with the middle near ₹1.64 crore. House of Hiranandani lists the most projects by some distance, followed by Puravankara, Prestige Group and Sobha Limited.
