Assetz Property

Assetz Property has developed in Bengaluru since 2006, led by managing director Akshay Kishore Dewani with Michael David Holland as chairman. The company reports 65 projects, more than 45 million sq ft built and over 22,000 homes delivered or under construction.

Its work covers apartments, row houses, plotted developments and commercial space, concentrated in the city's east, north and Sarjapur corridors. Assetz places itself among the top five residential developers in Bengaluru by sales value across FY2024 to FY2026.

Completed communities include Atmos & Aura, Earth & Essence, Soul & Soil and the Marq series. Mizumi Reserve, a 25-acre township, along with Sora & Saki, Meru & Meadow and Zen & Sato, are under construction.
